We Assess.
Each staffing challenge is approached with a sense of urgency. Our process ideally begins by visiting our clients' headquarters. During this meeting, we note and observe the detailed technical requirements, the physical environment and corporate climate of your office, and the soft skills a candidate must possess to ensure a stronger fit for the project.

We Screen.
All of the candidates that we represent have passed our thorough screening process, including an application screen, a computerized skill test in their area of expertise, and an in-depth face-to-face interview with a Staffing Associate.

We Source & Recommend.
We meticulously search our talent database and often use networking, personal referrals, and our previously placed candidates to recommend the most qualified professional. Once we identify the best fit technically and culturally, we will discuss the reasons behind our recommendation and confirm a start date with you. We play a critical role in managing expectations and above all, your success is our success.

We Follow-Up.
Our commitment to you does not end there. Our Staffing Associates stay connected to both you and the candidate throughout the length of the project. We can be the “go-between” to facilitate effective communication. Staying in touch is how we ensure that our professional is at least meeting, if not exceeding your expectations.
